We are a small international company which develops, manufactures and sells the telecommunication equipment under the NetPing, brand for IT industry. Now we need a person for the position of the head of the sales department for regions outside Russia (Global Sales/GLS) in order to promote out equipment and increase sales in this area. You will have 1 employee under your supervision for routine tasks.

Now we need a person for the position of the head of the sales department for regions outside Russia (Global Sales/GLS) in order to promote out equipment and increase sales in this area. You will have 1 employee under your supervision for routine tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Participation in setting goals for the department work in collaboration with the CEO.
  2. Planning and implementation of projects aimed at achieving the department goals. The initiative to create these projects and offers of ideas on how to achieve the goals should come from the head of the department. The Head participates in the implementation of approved projects together with his employees.
  3. Managing the routine work of the department. Creation of business processes for routine operations. Direct participation in the implementation of these processes.
  4. Managing the department resources within the budget set by the CEO. The Head of the department decides on the allocation of the resources, and reports on the results of the work.
  5. The process of hiring new employees in the department. The process of dismissal employees if necessary.

Directions:

  • support for existing sales at the manufacturer: ensuring the daily process of working with customers; - warehouse with products: ensuring the process of keeping the warehouse up to date. Warehouse logistics, placing orders for production. Stock management of finished devices in the warehouse;
  • marketing: products promotions in different regions;
  • dealer`s network: creation of a dealer and sub-dealer`s network in different countries. Communication and marketing support for dealers in different countries;
  • company websites: adding new content, updating data on the company's public websites.

Job requirements:

  • experience in B2B sales, understanding B2B tools and its difference from B2C;
  • basic knowledge in the network of IT equipment of the corporate segment;
  • basic knowledge in the Internet marketing, Google adwords, search engine optimization;
  • basic knowledge in inventory management of a finished goods warehouse and warehouse logistics;
  • basic understanding in business processes and BPMN notation;
  • spoken English: you will need to negotiate by phone, arrange video conferences;
  • the ability to communicate in Russian is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
The probation period is 2 months.
