• Partner has a right to determine assortment of goods purchased from the manufacturer.
• Partner has a right to determine volumes of warehouse stock of manufacturer’s goods.
• Partner has a right to sell manufacturer’s devices to other regions outside a partner’s region.

• Maintaining own stock.
• Partner is obliged to ensure minimal required volume of purchases of manufacturer’s goods for the accounting period.
• Partner is obliged to ensure a possibility of smooth purchasing of manufacturer’s devices by users from a partner’s region.
• Partner is obliged to import and sell manufacturer’s devices with no violations of legislation requirements in a partner’s region.
• Partner is obliged to publish the offered range of manufacturer’s goods on own web site. Partner is obliged to publish a manufacturer’s logo on his web site with a link to the manufacturer’s web site.
  
• Partner is obliged to apply all reasonable efforts to ensure the absence of complaints of clients on services provided by a partner.
• Partner must apply reasonable efforts to provide marketing activity in promoting the manufacturer’s trademark in a partner’s region.
