VAP11N Wifi bridge
An adapter, which allows to connect NetPing devices to a WiFi network.
Netping deices can be connected to an Ethernet/Internet network and they allow remote managing of power supply sockets as well as remote control of a status of temperature, humidity, moving, door, smoke and other sensors. A WiFi adapter VAP11N provides connecting a NetPing device to WiFi networks. If there is no Ethernet network in a place of a NetPing device installation, but there is a wireless WiFi network, it is possible to connect a NetPing device to it with the help of VAP11N.
A NetPing 2/PWR-220 v3/ETH device allows to manage two power supply sockets independently through a web-interface of a device. A detailed description of a device is here. In this case, a device must be connected to an Ethernet network. With a VAP11N adapter here comes a possibility to manage sockets without wires via WiFi network! For example, it is possible to manage sockets via WiFi with the help of a cell phone browser!

Devices UNiping v3, Uniping server solution v3/SMS and Netping IO v2 allow connecting different sensors: temperature, humidity, moving, door opening, smoke, leakage, 220V availability, etc. A status of these sensors can be remotely monitored with the help of an embedded web-interface of a device or using an SNMP protocol (having been integrated to programs PRTG Network monitor or Zabbix). Notifications about triggered sensors can be received by Email or like SMS messages.
Together with a VAP11N adapter, these deices turn into full monitoring systems, which do not need any wires in an installation place and use any WiFI network for sending data. All sensors, connected to these devices, become wireless, at the same time a range of their operation is not limited. They work everywhere, where a WiFi network is.

Connecting a VAP11N to a device NetPing IO v2:
An adapter works as an Ethernet <-> WiFi bridge. It is connected to an Ethernet port of a NetPing device and configured for connection to an existing WiFi network. It provides a transparent work of a NetPing device through the existing WiFi network infrastructure. To configure VAP11N, you should connect it to a PC using USB, and adjust WiFi network parameters with the help of specific software. After configuring, VAP11N works as a transparent bridge and does not require any additional settings.
